Jose Miguel Urquilla-Chavez, 29, former Quincy resident passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee.
He was born on September 13, 1982 in Soyapango, El Salvador to Miguel Angel Urquilla and Rosa Telma Chavez-Paniagua.

Jose immigrated with his family to Quincy as a young boy, he attended schools in Quincy graduating from Quincy High School in 2000.

He moved to East Wenatchee in 2006 where he made his home.

He is survived by his mother, Rosa Telma Urquilla-Chavez of East Wenatchee, children, Elias Urquilla and Talyia Urquilla both of East Wenatchee, sisters, Janeht Martin of Quincy and Ivon Urquilla of Lacey.

He was preceded in death by his father in 2003.

Funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Quincy, concluding services and internment will follow in the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
