Obituary for Wilma B James

Wilma Burnham James passed away in Kennewick, WA on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. Wilma was born in Ionia, Kansas on April 30, 1923 to Ray and Florence Pratt. She moved to Omak in 1941 and was married to Ray James in August, 1942. During World War II Wilma worked as a telephone operator. Wilma also worked as a bookkeeper for Biles Coleman Lumber Company and Price Motor Company in Omak. In 2005 she moved to Kennewick. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray and her son Gary, one sister and three brothers. She is survived by her daughters: Pamela Tyhuis of Kennewick and Patricia Stockbridge in Centennial, Colorado, six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Omak Memorial Cemetery.
