Obituary for Glenda Marcine Cameron

Glenda Marcine  Cameron
Glenda M. Cameron passed away July 8, 2016 at Golden Age Adult Family Home in Moses Lake, WA.
She was born to Frederick J. and Mabel (McCumber) Koehler on August 24, 1933 at St. Ignatius, Montana.

Glenda married Enos (Bud) Cameron at Outlook, WA on January 4, 1953.
They moved to Quincy where they have made their home for 46 years.

Glenda loved the outdoors, gardening, canning, and swimming. She especially loved the coastal area where she enjoyed the woods, the ocean, and clam digging, smelt dipping and camping.

She enjoyed the Sunday road trips which involved loading up the kids, picnic lunch of Kool-Aid, peanut butter and jam sandwiches. It was always an adventure to see where the road would take them.

She loved playing cards, board games and pulling pranks on people which set her off in a fit of giggles.
Glenda loved her dog Shadow who was her companion.

Glenda is survived by her husband Bud Cameron of Quincy, children, Karen Prentice of Hoquiam, Debra Spencer of Ephrata, Harvey (Diana) Cameron of Quincy, Gary Cameron of Spokane, Alice and Randy Bates of Connecticut and Randy and Robin Cameron of Spokane, 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by Michael and Carolyn Webb and David Cameron.

A celebration of life and potluck will be held at the family home, 10465 Road 9 NW, Quincy, WA starting at noon on Saturday, July 16, 2016.
