The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Doug Stetner can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Kristina Lord
Condolence: My heart goes out to the Stetner and Hofstad families.

It's a heartbreaking and devastating loss, and my sincerest condolences go out to each of you.

I didn't know Doug well -- only from brief meetings at various kids' events at Shannon's home -- but whenever our paths did cross, I was better for it. Doug and Marcia were always friendly, kind and warm. Doug had the nicest smile and always had his hand on the camera and eyes trained on his beloved grandkids. It was a joy to see.

Shannon is the amazing woman she is today because of her two good-natured, kind parents. Her father's legacy lives on in her and in the grandchildren.

Sincerest sympathies, Kristina
