Obituary for Harvey Edward Schwint
Harvey Edward Schwint, 90, a longtime Quincy resident passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Western Saddlerock Adult Family Home, Wenatchee.
He was born July 28, 1926 to George and Rose (Greenwalt) Schwint at Ault, Colorado. Harvey attended and graduated from the Colorado Springs School for the Deaf. He married Betty Huston in Greely, Colorado on October 12, 1952. They moved to Quincy in December, 1954 where Harvey farmed until retiring in 1990.
Harvey is survived by his children Brenda Kaech and Terry and Lila Schwint of Quincy, grandchildren, Heath Kaech, Jake Kaech, Terra Lower, Austin Schwint and Kelly Schwint, great-grandchildren, Addison and Colton Schwint.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Scharbach’s Columbia Funeral Chapel, 300 G Street SE, Quincy, WA, concluding services will follow in the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
