Marcia Jane Unruh, 73, of Moses Lake and former George and Desert Aire resident passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at Columbia Crest Care & Rehab in Moses Lake.

She was born on September 4, 1935 to John and Effie (Nicholson) Vickers in Bellingham. She attended school and graduated from Ferndale High School in 1953.

Marcia married Clarence (Bud) Unruh on August 6, 1954 in Bellingham. They made their home in Bellingham until 1971 when they moved to George where they farmed until retiring in 1997.

Following retirement they moved and made their home at Desert Aire until 2003 when they moved to Moses Lake.

Marcia is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Margaret Unruh of Moses Lake, grandchildren, Ryan, Lisa, Kathy and Michelle, great-grandchildren, Jaymie, Byron and Lillie.

Graveside funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Woodlawn Cemetery, 5977 Northwest Drive, Ferndale, WA.
