Guadalupe "Lupe" Medina
Guadalupe "Lupe" Medina, 69, of Quincy was called to rest on June 28th, 2018 surrounded by his family. Lupe was born to the late Eulogio and Lucia Medina on February 15, 1949 in Three Rivers Texas. He married the love of his life, Yolanda, on November 9, 1968 in Soledad, California. They celebrated nearly 50 years of marriage together.

Lupe was a jack of all trades; he built houses, worked on cars and motorcycles and drove semi-trucks. He was a family man who supported his family ever way he could. He was an honorable and noble man who treated people with respect, always helped out others and saw the good in people.

Lupe is survived by his wife, Yolanda, and three sons, Anthony, Benjamin and Cory; nine grandchildren: Matt, Nicole, Marcus, Isaac, Benjamin Jr., Chloe, Mia, Dominic and Mackenzie and 2 great-grandchildren: Jayda and Luke.

A viewing will be held at the Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Chapel on Thursday, July 5 beginning at 1:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday July 6, 2018, at St. Pius X Church in Quincy.
