Condolences

Condolence From: Rod Wurl
Condolence: I am sorry to hear of the passing of John last week. He will be greatly missed by those that knew him. After a conversation with John, you either left smiling or laughing, and the rest of that day just got better. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to know him, and share with his family my sorrow, for the loss of a great man. Sincerely, Rod Wurl.

Condolence: So sorry for your loss. So many wonderful memories of my childhood involve your family. Oh what great fish fries we had and good times. I saw your dad from a distance a few weeks ago, and wish now that I would have made a point of visiting with him. He will be remembered with fondest memories.

Condolence: Shelly, Rhea, Ronnie, and Sherry, your dad was such a special man. I remember all those Jaycee functions, camping trips, and the just "hanging around" your house and our place kitty corner from yours. We must have worn out the weeds, grass, doors, and carpet from running back and forth as kids. My real found memories are of your dad always calling us "sis". When we were young we thought it was just so sweet because he always referred to you girls as "sis. Now that I am much older, I started thinking that maybe with his 4 girls and Roy's 4 girls he just found it easier to refer to all of us as "sis" cause the heck with trying to remember each girls' names. Makes sense to me now. Your dad and mom always reminded me of "Beaver Cleaver's" folks - oh so perfect, caring and loving. They are now together and hope that they are enjoying their new venture together. Your dad will be missed so much but at least he and your mom are looking out for each of you and your families.

Our prayers and thoughts go to all of you and your families!

Condolence: The English girls--It has been a privelege to have known your Dad. We have had many good times, laughed alot, partied, with the old crowd, Rudy, Ted, Doris and Gary, your mom, and all the Lions Club!! Wow what fun, and the community projects will be remembered also. Your Dad was very ill, but still had a zest for life!! Please accept my condolences for you and the rest of the family. Shirley

Condolence: To John's Family,

Our thoughts and paryers are with you, Byron & Jo Ann.

Hopi Prayer

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the gentle Autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning hush,

I am the swift uplifting
rush of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry:

I am not there, I did not die.
