Obituary for Scott Thomas Osburn
Scott Osburn of East Wenatchee passed away at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee on October 3rd, 2013 at the age of 77 years.
He was born on April 28, 1936 to Thomas Victor and Gladys Florence (Colton) Osburn at Pendleton, Oregon.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, October 18, 2013 at 11 AM at Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Chapel, Quincy.
Concluding services and internment will follow in the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
