Obituary for Janice Lynn Johnson

Janice Lynn Johnson
Janice Lynn Watkins Johnson was called to Heaven on June 13, 2014 after a valiant battle with breast cancer.
Janice born on Sept 17, 1957 to Pauline Helen and Jonathan Lawrence Watkins in Yakima, WA. The youngest of 5 children. On a summer visit to her sister Judy, in Montana, she met the love of her life Todd Johnson, and they were sealed for time and all eternity on October 21, 1978. In 1979 she and Todd started the big family she had always dreamt about and Adam was born. Michael in 1983, Melissa in 1985 with Alicia and Alex completing the family in 1989. Janice loved nothing more than having her family, especially her children, close and gathered together. The sounds of talking and laughter filling her home made Janice most happy.
Janice didn't think her life could be any more complete until she welcomed her grandkids, Jada, Clairissa, Brynnle, Caden and Mia! She loved nothing more than spoiling her grandkids rotten and she had it down to an art. There was nothing she wouldn't do for any of her kids or grandkids and they all knew it.
Janice's huge heart and kind spirit will not soon be forgotten. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be deeply missed.
Janice is survived by her husband Todd, son Adam (Jacqui), Michael (Jen), Melissa (Tim), Alicia (Jon) and Alex, her sisters, Pat, Judy, Carole and brother Larry, many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her Mother and Father.
Viewing will be held from 10 – 10:45 am on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ephrata with funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. Concluding services will follow in the Ephrata City Cemetery.
Please leave a memory for the family or sign their online guestbook at www.scharbachs.com. Scharbach’s Columbia Funeral Chapel, Quincy, is assisting the family with arrangements.
