Ofelia Yrozoqui, 75, of Quincy went to be with our heavenly father on Sunday, April 29, 2007.

She was born on February 23, 1932 in Brownsville, TX to Sabas and Merced Nunez. Ofelia married Carlos Yrazoqui they moved to Wyoming before residing in Sunnyside. They moved to Quincy in 1968 where she was employed by Lamb Weston, in 1981 she moved to Connell where she worked for Lamb Weston for 13 years before returning to Quincy.

Ofelia is survived by her children Margarita & Francisco Sanchez, Angela & Eversain Bautista and son-in-law John Larralde all of Connell, Maria & David Cordero, Maricella & Rodolfo Hernandez, Enrique & Jack Yrazoqui and daughter-in-law Miranda Nunez all of Quincy, Sandra & Raul Martinez of CA., sisters, Virginia Valle of Hermiston and Josefina Nunez of Weslaco, TX, brother, Gregorio Nunez of Weslaco, TX, 33 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Carlos, sons, Humberto and Ramon, daughter Rosalinda and granddaughter Faith.
