Donald W. Low, 92 a longtime Quincy resident passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, January 18, 2021.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
Due to current health restrictions, only 30 people are allowed and only by invitation of the family, social distancing, and facial covering will be regulated.
