Obituary for Gerald E Plank
Gerald E. Plank, 72 of Ephrata, Washington died Friday, May 20, 2022 in Castro Valley, California following a brief illness.
Gerald was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to Ralph and Janet Plank. When Gerald was a boy the family moved to Quincy, Washington. Later, the family moved to Royal City, Washington where Gerald graduated in 1967.
He furthered his education and graduated from Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, Washington and then enlisted in the army serving in South Korea. He also attended WSU and Oregon Tech.
Gerald worked with his father, Ralph for many years. He was generous with his time. He loved motorcycles and took many road trips around the U.S. and Canada.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, James Plank.
He is survived by his sister, Sharon (Ritch) Morehouse; two nieces and a nephew.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at Scharbach's Columbia Funeral Chapel, Quincy, WA
