Obituary for Ruth Guzman Mora
Ruth Guzman Mora went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday,
March 14, 2016.
She was born April 19, 1929 in Denver, CO to Cesaria and Pascal Guzman.
Ruth married Paul Mora on November 6, 1944.
Paul and Ruth made their home in Quincy, WA in 1957.
Ruth was a devoted Christian; her passion and greatest joy was attending church and serving God, she always put God first in her life and ministered to many. She loved spending time with family, gardening and was known for her humor and her sweet spirit. Ruth retired from Lamb Weston after over 30 years of employment.
Ruth is survived by her six children; Paul Mora Jr., Auburn, WA, Jo Cronyn, Spokane, WA, Helen Swanson, Lena Swanson and Andrea Carlson all from Moses Lake, WA and Louisa Mora, East Wenatchee, her ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren and two sisters,Esther Guerrero, and Isabel from CA.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pascal and Cesaria Guzman; three sons, David, Laurence and Frankie; one brother and four sisters
A celebration of her life will be at the Quincy First Assembly of God Church, officiated by Ryan Simmons, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18th, 2016. Services will follow in the Quincy Valley Cemetery.
