Uncle Marvin was always the Cool Uncle to us Wesselius boys growing up. He had the hottest cars, most beautiful girlfriend, Aunt Tressa, cool way of talking and lots of hair combed back like the rock and rollers we were listening to back then. I always wanted to be cool like uncle Marvin. But he was also giving, taking mom and aunt Evelyn to Walla Walla to see aunt Ilene in his motor home. Although he did scare mom and aunt Evelyn when he and aunt Tressa would change drivers at 70 miles an hour on the freeway. He even helped me change my first water pump one time when I brought grandma and grandpa Kleyn up to visit him one summer in my mustang. Don`t know why the water pump went out, grandpa won't let me drive over 50 miles an hour all the way to Quincy. Last time I visited uncle Marvin I learned he put in the milking machine in our old barn on the home place. I never knew this and thanked him because it saved us boys a lot of work milking those cows. Uncle Marvin was the cool uncle right up to death, with the hottest cars, prettiest wife, cool talk and still lots of hair. We will miss him he was one of a kind. Dale
