Condolence: I was a good friend of Rex's sister Carol and poor Rex had to put up with my practicing on their grand piano back in 1945. My favorite memory of Rex: he was sitting right on the edge of the Omak school stage holding his French horn and cracking jokes at some of us down below - didn't he have dimples???? I loved his sense of humor.

Condolence: Walter and Family,

I tried to attend the service on Thursday but farming got in the way as you can understand at this time of year. I'm not sure if you're aware of this but Rex and my Dad shared the same birthday and date.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's a loss shared by the entire community. You can be proud of the contributions and positive influence that Rex had for many years in the development of our community.

My thoughts are with you.

Your friend,

Greg Thaemert

Condolence: Hello Morgan Family,
Remembering Rex and Laurel from many years ago during my childhood. The Morgan's employed me during my high school and college years at their department store. I so appreciated their confidence in me and encouragement in my growing up years. I learned so much from them and watched the kids grow up at the store also. Before that I even babysat (I think my first babysitting job) in their home. I have so much respect for how Rex lived his life. My sincere sympathy to the entire family and wish I could have been present this day. God bless you all in this difficult time in the loss of your husband, father and grandfather!

Condolence: Rex was a terrific dad to my best friend and he and Laurel impacted my young life in positive ways. I can't thank them enough for all they did for me. I had a lot of fun childhood experiences due to their willingness to devote time to us. For example: My opportunities to go skiing were due to their availability to drive us to Mission Ridge every winter weekend. That took a lot of their time, bless their hearts. I have many fond memories of spending time at the Morgan Home. RIP Rex Morgan, you made a difference.
