The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Corallee Morgan can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolences

Condolence From: Eric T. Sorlien
Condolence: Corallee was my school bus driver when I was in elementary school and living out on White Trail Road. She was always very welcoming and looking out after all the kids to make sure they got their destination safely. Later on, I would look forward to seeing her at the post office, where she would give me a warm smile and kind words. After I grew up and moved away, I would visit Quincy and occasionally run into Corallee at the Farmer-Consumer Awareness Day event at the high school. She would be wearing her Lion's Club vest and ask how I was doing, reminding me that she'd known me nearly all my life. I will miss her and her genuine love of helping people and making them feel important to her.

Condolence: Corallee and I were best friends in high school. We had a special connection and spent a lot of time at each other's houses and in each other's company at school.
As adults we remained faithful friends. After her move to Quincy, we didn't see each other as often but whenever we did, it was as if no time had passed and we could talk for hours without running out of things to say.
Corallee was bright and funny and had a wise take on people and the world.
Hers was a generous spirit. All of us who knew and loved her feel blessed by that. I will miss her so much. I know her family and many, many friends will feel the loss. My sincere condolences to you all.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Corallee's passing. Until her retirement, she was the one sincere & bright smile I looked forward to seeing at my visits to the Quincy post office. And, that's how I will remember her. Given her recent suffering, she is surely in a better place.

Condolence: I was a classmate of hers at Auburn High School. We were the class of 1960. I will not be able to attend a memorial for her. My prayers and good wishes go to her family. May you feel God's holy presences as you grieve her passing.
