In 1995 I met Chrissy at the University of Evansville. She lived across the dorm hall from a friend of mine. I knew right away that Chrissy was really my kind of person. She had a piercing spark that ive never encountered with anyone else. She was intent on having fun, on being loving, and making the most out of every opportunity. It was always a pleasure to be around her. I was fortunate enough to have a lasting friendship with her that continued on to the present day. I feel like she and I always had a special kinship, as we were both similar in many ways. I was always so glad to be with Chrissy, and I could never get enough of her. Her passing is going to hurt for a long while, but where there is sadness, there is also joy. Love you Chrissy.- Gabriel Becker

Christa, what a bright light you were! You always brought the glitter, extra shoes, laugh, dimple, shots, music, and FUN. You made me love music and the beach more. You were generous, sarcastic and hilarious, and just gorgeous.
Thank you for taking wonderful photos at my wedding.
Thanks for being the true Shennanigans elf.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Chrissy. While we have not been in contact with her or your family for many years, we have wonderful memories of sharing time with Chrissy at our home in Evansville and when we visited Seattle. Chrissy was a beautiful person and will be missed.
